Support
Most problems come down to the network. Here are the ones we see, and what fixes them. Still stuck? Email support@dormway.app with your macOS and tvOS versions.
The TV says “Looking for your Mac”
- Make sure Agent Fleet is running on your Mac (look for it in the menu bar).
- The TV and the Mac need to be on the same network. If your Mac uses both Ethernet and Wi‑Fi, check the TV is on the same one your Mac uses first.
- The first time it runs, macOS asks to let Agent Fleet find devices on your local network. If you clicked Don’t Allow, turn it on in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network.
- On the TV, allow local network access when it asks, or turn it on later in the Apple TV’s privacy settings.
Pairing
When a TV asks to pair, your Mac shows a small window with a six-digit code. Click Allow only if it matches the code on the TV. If you clicked Don’t Allow by mistake, choose Try Again on the TV.
To pair a TV with a different Mac, choose Pair with a Different Mac on the TV while it’s searching. To remove a TV, use Forget in the Mac app’s menu.
An agent shows the wrong state
Agent Fleet works out each agent’s state from its logs, so it’s a good guess rather than gospel. A tool call that has had no result for five minutes is treated as a permission prompt, and a session that’s been quiet for fifteen minutes goes idle. Sessions running background commands or subagents count as working.
Switch a TV between Stage and Prompter
Press Play/Pause on the Apple TV remote.
Try it without a Mac
Choose Try a Demo on the Apple TV’s welcome screen to see a made-up fleet.
